It is designed as a group research project that cumulates in a Google Slides presentation created by the entire class.
The sections can also be broken apart and assigned as smaller projects or assignments.
Brief description:
The first part of this project is a group activity. Each group will be assigned one empire or topic to research. Students are required to research the topic or empire assigned so they can complete the guided research questions. After the completion of the group activity the class will combine their work to create a review PowerPoint for the Dar al-Islam period from c. 1200- c. 1450.
